Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed and with these Terms.

Unless the Return and Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise:

• Return requests must be made within 2 days after delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Items showing wear, washing, odors, stains, damage, or alteration may be refused.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless our policy or applicable law states otherwise.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund.

Sale or clearance items may be final sale only when clearly identified before purchase and where permitted by law.
